Usually you will have to have completed 2 years by the time promotions are considered (in IGEM in September each year). So, if you're 20 months in September, you will still need to wait one year to get promoted... |

Experienced hires (with 1 year prior experience outside accenture) seem to get credit for that one year and are becoming consultants after one year within the firm. Pardon my ignroance but what is IGEM?
