There is a tiny adjustment made to your salary in September based on your performance in the previous year, but this is between about 0 and 1% (maybe slightly more for Exceptional rating, or whatever it's called now).
No bonuses, except for the brand new graduates. |

Can't say more than that ... but you can get up to 20% on a HotSkills bonus.
