Okay, maybe I'm not calling this by it's correct name.
In the US I received some sort of a bonus even after my first year as analyst. It was something like 4.5% and it was adjusted up by 1% for my individual performance. It's paid in November in the States. And maybe it's not called variable pay, maybe it has a different name... There isn't anything like this in the UK?
Then after I had completed 2 years with the firm, in December I received a few K deposited into my pension plan as well (this is an addition to the cash bonus received in November, and in addition to the 3% that ACN already contributes to my pension plan)
