I'm in Government and since the office is so huge, we don't really have alot of interface with the other market units (or whatever they're called now). When I was in Charlotte the office was smaller so you actually knew to some extent what was going on with the other market units :-)
The C&HT clients I know of are not in DC, but are in the Arlington area (Rosslyn, Ballston, Clarendon). I think we might have some work with AOL (not certain) and they're out in Reston. |

Nearly all the CH&T clients are in Reston-Herdon area and some north of Dulles airport. As far as I know, there is only two inside the Beltway.
Plus, keep in mind that C&HT is a private-sector OG soooo.... where you live is irrelevant for you may be travelling to other parts of the country.
In DC, I'd recommend the following neighborhoods: Georgetown, Adams Morgan, DuPont Circle, Kalorama, Friendship Heights, Tenley Town, Cleveland Park, and Foggy Bottom. Prices for apts are in the big-city range. In MD, Bethesda or Rockville and in Virginia, Arlington, Alexandria, or Tysons Corner area.
