If this is the kind of information our illustrious leadership seeks on this board.
As a SE you should be providing us insight and vision as to how you see The Firm moving in the future, not asking dumbass questions like "Do ya think its hard now than before to get to the next level???"
Ask any Senior Manager and they'll tell you the horror stories of getting screwed from both directions. Take Care.
