is fair game. If you list a reference as former co-worker, they can very well ask if you led them on a team, etc. Being honest can't hurt.
That said, HR is usually just looking to find out if you are a somewhat normal person, etc. Don't sweat it...unless you are coming in at a very senior, experienced level, no one really believes what you write on your resume anyway. So long as you talk a good game and can learn quickly, you will fit in just fine. |

Be warned - do not lie - the BG Check is EXTENSIVE...
Plus, plenty of the projects do BG checks so if you lie you will probably get nailed sooner or later.
