I think I may have the answer... Please correct me if I am wrong...
GTC focuses more on solution domains:
-Servide Oriented Arch.
-Enterprise App. Integraton
-Enterprise Arch.
-Business Intelligence
-etc.
GBS focuses more on specific solutions:
-Siebel
-SAP
-BizTalk
-Oracle
I thought that GBS was to be integrated into GTC last year though. I might be completely wrong about that, but I was told that employees in certain GBS groups were given the option to switch.
