Same here. I'll be visitng during my spring break to do some research.
From my research: Playa del Ray is quiet, safe, near LAX. Redondo beach is pricier, but still close to LAX.
Have you been given a start date by our hr rep? none here.

This agency seems quite extensive in its listings and reviews I've read online about it seem like the agency's pretty good/legit and say that the $50 fee is worth is esp considering the rebates with certain services after signing a lease. They also have several offices in LA.
