Hi,
I am a C2 from an IGEM office, and am in leave of absence to study for a 1yr MBA program in the UK from a leading business school (fully paid by me). I am considering getting a transfer to the UK after I finish the MBA. Back at my home office, going back means going back to the same level & slightly adjusted pay, so I was wondering what would be the chances of exploring the MBA factor to get transfered to the UK as C3 (and get the associated pay).
In addition, can someone tell me what would be the normal salary levels for C2 and C3 in the UK? How does this depend on negotiation?

I do not know you career goals, but is it not better to move to a different firm after your MBA? If it is a tier 1 MBA (oxford/LBS/insead), then i can imagine that lots of more 'interesting' companies wants to hire you.... (M/B/B or industry firms with nice positions)
