I suggest Arlington--particularly Ballston, Virginia Square, Courthouse, Clarendon, or Rosslyn if you don't mind higher price tags. Its worth it though--tons of young people, lots of things to do. |

Also if you live in Arlington I think you're going to find that its easiest to metro into the city if your client is in the district.
