I got a call from my recruiter asking me to take a Performance Factor Interview(PFI) next week.
I was told this is very similar to a behavioral interview .
This is for an Experienced Analyst role in the Midwest region. This is my second round of interview .
Can anyone tell me how many rounds of interviews does ACN usually do? My concern is that, I recently completed an on site interview with another company and will soon be getting an offer from them.
Not sure how long I can buy time to wait till the ACN interview process completes.
Does it convey the right message if my recruiter how long the interview process will take me or does it send out the wrong message.
Not sure how to expedite the process...I would really appreciate it if anyone here can help.
Thanks!

Dragonfly2,
I am supposed to start soon (don't have written offer yet), but here is how it went for me. Also, I am coming in as a "New Manager".
1. Recruiter screen - 15 to 20 minutes - to make sure your compesation expectation line up with theirs. From here, you may have to haggle the recruiter every couple of weeks to see what is happening, unless they say you are not a fit in plain english.
2. Technical Phone interview with somebody - in my case it was a senior manager. This interview lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour.
3. PFI Interview - this interview lasts 45 minutes. The objective is to see how you respond to "work related stressful situations". They may ask you "Describe a situation where you had more to do than time permits, how did you react, what was going on in your mind". They may ask you "Describe when you had to confront with your boss." They may ask you "Describe when you were ask to do something beyond your capabilities". etc. I would NOT worry too much about this interview.
4. Face to Face interview - In my case it was with a Sr. Mgr and than Sr. Executive. - 45 minutes each.
Than I was done. I was given a verbal offer, we haggled a little and I finally accepted.
I hope this is helpful to you and others.
