In Reply To: Well, I think I know the reply I am going to get on this one, but I felt I might get some useful information. Recently, I recieved a letter from Accenture with a already paid postage on an enclosed return envelope. The way it was done is considered 'illegal' since it had a different zip code on it than the one I was sending it out. Not a huge deal, and probably the person who made the policy didn't know that. I was thankful that they paid the postage for me, too. Yet, it had me wonder if ethics were often over looked at Accenture, and to be fair, other consulting firms, too. There are quite a few people on this board with more knowledge than me on this subject, so any insight would be appreciated. Thank you.
Message: That has to be the dumbest thing I have ever seen on this message board. What does a stamp have to do with "consulting ethics" anyway? Shouldn't that make you wonder about "postal ethics?" -Do you get upset when someone leaves the seat up? -Do you worry when your neighbor's dog craps on your lawn? -Do you frown when someone eats a grape in the grocery store? ACCENTURE DOESN'T AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU.
