In Reply To: For BA's, for how long can your PTO accrue. Otherwise said, does your PTO roll over to the next year? Are you paid for training? Why aren't training dates set if I'm to start "in July"? (my hr rep won't give specific dates). Also, I read something about being inelligible for discounted acn stock if you start after July? True, no? These details aren't in my offer letter. Where would I read about this if not there? merci.
Message: PTO accrues as you go. Bascially, you get a day for every pay period in the US. You can roll over 240 hours (6 weeks). You are paid for training. You report 8 hours of work and receive a normal pay check and are reimbursed for any expenses. Once you start, you'll be in three weeks of training and then soonafter, will go to St. Charles for Core Analyst school. You can join the Stock Purchase Plan twice a year, once in the fall and once in the spring. Then, you set your contributions for the offering period. Still, you can start contributing to the 401(k) when you start, though ACN won't start matching for at least a year.
