...and in my last job I woudl have a pint of beer on a Friday lunchtime.
I start ACN pretty soon. WIll I be able to have the odd pint at lunch, or is there a strict no no policy. |

I noticed you're in the UK, so there's some cultural differences to consider. I've always wondered that because, while not often, sometimes there are team or mentoring lunches or something and we go out.
My instinct is to follow your superiors. In my time with the company, I've never seen anyone had a drink during lunch, though it wouldn't bother me. I think a beer for lunch is fine. That being said, I never did because I never saw anyone else doing it. Things might be different in the UK though. If they are, let me know as I'd love to get staffed there.
What are other people's experiences?
