Congrats on two very good offers!
I'm also finishing my MBA, have an offer w/ ACN strategy and worked for ACN before school as well.
The Lehman program sounds a lot like the FMA at Citi (Merrill has a similar program, too). Several of my classmates are going into the FMA. They describe that program as internal consultants and the exit opportunities into the business are usually in operations, business development or marketing. Lehman's BA probably focuses on similar issues, but tailored to the Lehman platform (PCS, banking, asset management). It does not appear these jobs at Citi and ML create the chance to move into investment banking roles, but Lehman might be different.
As you know SITE focuses in IT strategy with out tying you to a specific industry. Don't underestimate ACN strategy. The numbers given at the sell day (2200 headcount, $1.5BN in revenue) puts the practice in the Top 5 with some pretty high profile projects (Cingluar-ATT merger..).
It might help to look at the decision like this: do you want to focus on financial services or IT? Both will put you in great positions with industry leaders. Not a bad place to be. |

Thanks....just wondering if it's possible to move to M/B/B after a few years with Accenture SITE practice. It seems SITE group has a great reputation (in London at least) and ppl do switch to Big 3 from there. If that's the case I would prefer ACN over Lehman. Any thoughts???
