Hi,
I am a Singapore citizen and recently got an offer from Accenture Singapore.
Annual Package including 13th month bonus: SGD$60K
Signing bonus: SGD$5K
Travel allowance: SGD$200/month.
I have been classified as a junior consultant i.e. C1 and the above offer is for the junior consultant level. However, I have 5 years of relevant working experience. I think the offer quoted is really very low as I know that ACN consultants at Singapore with just 3yrs experience are getting more than $60K. I have heard that other big IT consulting firms in Singapore easily offer around $75K for 5yrs experience. Not very sure if that is true.
Can anyone advise me what annual salary I should negotiate for with ACN or what other compensation I should be expecting besides the standard dental and medical ones? Is there profit sharing and stock options at consultant level?
