Hey everyone,
I am new to the consulting message board. I see so many posts about recruiting through campus programs. I graduated in 2004 with a Finance degree. I am thinking about a transition to management consulting. Currently, I am in financial services. I did not graduate from a target school, rather state school. How would I go about getting interviews with top-tier companies? Is it a matter of tailoring a resume and cover letter specific to firms within the industry or are top tier firms (Mckinsey, BCG, BOH) pretty selective? Thanks in advance.
