In some cases the grass IS greener on the other side. It's a fallacy to think that the grass is equally green wherever you go.
Although it's not true in all cases, in most cases, if you move up from ACN to another company, you are usually making a change for the better. So, unless this guy is making move from ACN to some dinky contracting company or some small, start-up with no budget or to Burger King, then the chances are that the grass will be much greener on the other side.
