your raise will be between 3% - 8% depending on your zone. your bonuse target will be 10% and it has paid off as follows:
2003 - 7% of target
2004 - 100% of target
2005 - 40% of target.

Accenture Exec,
Thanks for the information. It is good to know that I should expect a raise and variable pay bonus even though I will be joining end of February (though it may not be full raise and bonus).
I wanted to clarify that if for 2006 if they are to pay 40% of target and if I make the 10% variable pay than it would amount to 4% of base salary in variable pay (of course, these are hypothetical numbers for 2006). Is that correct calculation?
