I suggest your talk to the ACN Sr Mgr and ask him to tell you about some ACN projects that fits your experience & skills. Understand how ACN utilized skills, that you have, in the past. Then you can describe to ACN interviewer/HR how your previous experience fits into ACN practices. The more they consider your experiences relevent, the more points towards your level and paid will be.
Worst case is the interviewer doesn't understand your experience and completely disregards them. In that case, you will be same as a new college grad. |

Thanks for your feedback. Do you know how much I should expect to get paid for this position-- the worst case if they voided my experience and hired me as a new college grad?
How much would a college grade get in ACN these days ?
