If you think you can go to China (e.g. Shanghai office) as an expatriate, that is getting paid your US salary, you should stop now. As a new hire, you chances of getting that is nil. You don't have any marketable skill for Accenture to justify paying you that much.
However, if money is not an issue for you, Accenture will be glad to do an office transfer for you to China, which means you will receive an offer letter from Accenture China with your China salary (~20% of what you are making in the US). If you are interested in such a transfer, contact your HR rep, she should be able to give you more information on what you need to do. FYI the Product OG is trying to expand its business in China. |
