For example if you are in the government OG say in Tallahasse and you want to transfer to D.C? Is it easier if you already have some government experience under you belt? Same thing with service lines does have Customer Relationship Management experience make it easier to transfer to an office that is big on that service line? |

When you request a transfer, some one at the Mgr and/or Sr. Exec level will interview and evoluate you. If you are an Analyst, then experience won't matter that much. Of course related experience helps your transfer case.
