Does OG and service line effect it? |

For example if you are in the government OG say in Tallahasse and you want to transfer to D.C? Is it easier if you already have some government experience under you belt? Same thing with service lines does have Customer Relationship Management experience make it easier to transfer to an office that is big on that service line?
