In Reply To: I forgot - they aloso wanna know about you - so make sure you know about you beforehand. I know when you're in uni you don't really know what you want to do, in general - and that's ok, but put yourself in a frame of mind where you "know" you want to do Consulting at Accenture, because it is going to bring you closer to your career goal of, ummm.... [you figure that one out] Then once you're sure in your head [even for the duration of the interview] this will come across when the interviewer asks - "Why Accenture?". Any hesitation here they will know something doesn't add up. Then thing of examples which demonstrate key skills: -inspired leadership -initiative -flexibility -risk taking -intellect -confident communication -ability to take direction -motivation It is important to have examples thought out, because you might use up your example for one and then they ask you another question and you think "damn that last answer used up that example". Draw on college life, work experience & personal life - I think a good mix shows them you're not just an academic nor just a binge drinking student. A good [not] example of flexibility: "On a Wednesday night the bars are cheap for students, but the doors open at 8. That doesn't give me much time to get drunk before going out, so I take a can of beer into the shower with me." - I heard that one from an Irish colleague when I was on work experience! It's quite funny.
Message: Thanks a million! This was all a huge help and help me keep the nerves under control. Thanks Again!
