Accenture career path goes like this:
Analyst -> Consultant -> Manager -> Senior Manager -> Senior Executives (divided into 4 levels, each level has 3 sub-levels)
C1, C2, M1, M2 are not Accenture titles. |

in italian we call you "one who tries to wank flies".
C1, C2, C3, M1, M2,... etc are not TITLES but can very well be seen as a representatives of LEVELS.
