An ATS guy from my project managed to get himself transferred across - it wasn't easy, but he was very, very good and knew Siebel inside out.
I think he went from something like Senior Programmer (I just made that up) to C1 or maybe C2.
So although this wasn't done by ACN themselves, I guess it can and does happen. Very much exceptional to the rule, though. |
