As far as I know, in the Paris office, you do get training as I said. 6000 ?? a year.

You probably read that in some internal documentation. It's just internal PR to make you think there is training. There is very little, if any, training.
Andersen Consulting had training. They had certain official budgets for each "career level" and you often did get as much as 50% of that official number each year. But you get about 10%, if that much, of any "official" guidelines and only a handful even get that 10%.
Sometimes they have community meetings and ask you to charge it to "training" or they may have a 2 hour vendor sales pitch for you to watch and they ask you to charge it to training.
