Accenture career path goes like this:
Analyst -> Consultant -> Manager -> Senior Manager -> Senior Executives (divided into 4 levels, each level has 3 sub-levels)
C1, C2, M1, M2 are not Accenture titles. |

Take it from me, they both work with similar firms, maybe the salary should swing it for you. It is true that ACN does not really value external MBA as they prefer their corporate programme. Also, here in the UK we have C1, C2 and C3 as the stages for a consultant - after that there is the manager, senior manager and then Partners
