There ARE designations such as C1, C2, C3.
- A C1 is 36 months away from being eligible to a promotion to manager
- A C2 is 24 months away
- A C3 is 12 months away

Accenture career path goes like this:
Analyst -> Consultant -> Manager -> Senior Manager -> Senior Executives (divided into 4 levels, each level has 3 sub-levels)
C1, C2, M1, M2 are not Accenture titles.
