The recruitment procedures in Dublin and London are different.
Dublin doesn't do case studies etc in the second interview. Second round is more like a repeat of the first round, three times, with a manager, sr. manager and a sr. exec.
Advice to irishstudent- if you've been informed that you've made it through to the second round, call Grad Recruitment and tell them you want to speak to some analysts about their interviews, the company etc. They'll be happy to help you.
