You would get 24 months experience credit and come in as an experienced consultant. You would be eligible for promotion after 18 months (not 12 months as some implied here). Eligibility does not mean automatic promotion. Andersen had automatic promotion after a certain number of months at level (not unlike getting promoted in public school). ACN doesn't have anything like that.
Despite what others may say, having the MBA will not hold you back here. Although they do not respect the MBA degree here, as long as you don't draw attention to it, it won't hurt your promotions or raises or chances to get onto a good gig.
