ACN has a significant budget for training. I don't know about IBM, but ACN offers up to 6000$ worth training per year per consultant.

Don't forget the free car (your choice of Mercedes or BMW or one of those new, Lexis Hardtop Convertibles). Have you taken advantage of those 2-week training sessions at the executive education dept. at Wharton Business School? I try to go to at least 2 of those each year. ACN always puts me up at one of the best Hotels in Philadelphia when I go there.
