Thanksyou for all the feedback. Really appreciate it.
My concern is that I am not sure if I am being offered the right band in IBM BCS.
I have an MBA and 7.5 years in consulting. I interviewed with the CRM practice.
What band and salary would this fetch in Accenture. Any thoughts? |

Onest,
Take whoever offers you more money. From what you are saying you do not have both offers. Perhaps, you can stall one of them for a week or two and hopefully you will get the 2nd offer. IBM should be giving you band 8 (my friend who left IBM few years ago kind of match your experience and skills (he was in ERP)).
Why are you not considering Bain, Boston Consulting, etc. You might go much further there with your MBA.
I agree with the person saying Sr. Consultant at Accenture might only have 5 years or less experience (if he is brought up at Accenture).
