Thanksyou for all the feedback. Really appreciate it.
My concern is that I am not sure if I am being offered the right band in IBM BCS.
I have an MBA and 7.5 years in consulting. I interviewed with the CRM practice.
What band and salary would this fetch in Accenture. Any thoughts? |

If you do have an offer from ACN at the consultant level then you're getting low balled.
I took at look at the IBM boards and the BCS Band 8 looks like an ACN manager w/ 3 or 4 years at level or a new sr. manager. Salary might be anywhere between 100-130K. It's a big range, but ACN usually pays a bit more for experienced hires. Just remember that at ACN managers and sr. managers are expected to sell work. Not sure if IBM has the same expectation for 8's and 9's.
