My concern is that I am not sure if I am being offered the right band in IBM BCS.
I have an MBA and 7.5 years in consulting. I interviewed with the CRM practice.
What band and salary would this fetch in Accenture. Any thoughts? |

Here is the deal, a Sr Consultant at Accenture, which is the offer you received, is equivalent to a person with a little over 3 years of work experience who joined Accenture fresh out of college. 2 years to go from analyst to consultant, 1 more year to become 'experienced' or 'senior' consultant, which by the way is not a job title at Accenture consulting.
Since you are not sure which offer is better with your MBA and your 7.5 years of consulting expertise, you should definitely choose Accenture as your new home. You will fit right in!
