I just wanted to ask you guys if you've experienced or have heard of people going from Services to Consulting.
Three people I know just transferred to Consulting roles because the outsourcing engagement shrank. That is, they were moved (not by choice) from Services to Consulting. Mind you, they all came originally from Consulting.
I found this strange. Has this happened before?
