But James McAvoy, a spokesman for Accenture, defended the company's track record as stellar, and one built by "consistently delivering well-built systems to its clients." ...
"It's not unusual for large-scale, information technology projects to experience delays," McAvoy said. "By their very nature, these projects have a lot of moving parts and rely on the coordinated activities of all of the project's participants."
What else can would all those "moving parts" be for? LOL!!!
