FY2005 for managers it was approx:
Raise: 3-15%
Variable Pay: 5-18%
Not sure about prorating...

Thank you for the numbers. This is what I was looking for. Do you have numbers for previous years as well (possibly 2003 and 2004)?
My recruiter said "partial" bonus and "partial" raise since I would be just a little over 6 months before September 1 (I am looking to start end of Feb).
Based on numbers you have given and if numbers are similar this Sep, I may get at 4-5% raise (pro-rated) and 4-7% Variable Pay (pro-rated), as long as I perform above average or better (of course, no guarntees).
