I am going to join Accenture Consulting in February (as M1). I was told that I am eligible for both raise and variable pay (based on performance). So will they be for full-year or do they pro-rate them?
What are the typical VP percentage and raise percentage at M1 level? |

When I joined (5 years ago), I joined in the middle of the cycle. I joined with a bit over half the yearly cycle left, and received a bit over half of the raise for my performance level for the year.
Don't know how it's done now, though I'd expect there to be some pro-rating going on. What someone else said about the 6-month cutoff is true as well I believe. You have to be here for longer than 6 months to receive a raise during the annual cycle.
