I had a final round interview for an analyst position 5 weeks ago and have still not heard back. They said 2 weeks minimum. Should I be worried, or is this typical? |

I'd probably be worried, though possibly not for the reason you think. I've heard of a number of cases "slipping through the cracks". It's unfortunate, but it happens from time to time. If they said it would be minimum 2 weeks to hear something, I think 5 weeks is plenty of time to give them before getting in touch (I probably would have after 3, or at the least 4).
If you have some sort of contact number/email I'd get in touch and ask how the process is going and explain that you had expected to hear something by now. You may or may not get any answers, but you need to make sure you haven't been accidently forgotten (or even your offer lost in the mail, etc.).
