I am going to join Accenture Consulting in February (as M1). I was told that I am eligible for both raise and variable pay (based on performance). So will they be for full-year or do they pro-rate them?
What are the typical VP percentage and raise percentage at M1 level? |

Have been as low as 0. Have been as high 20%. Past few years in the 3-15% range depending on individual performance.
