The delay will give you more time to interview at other places. If, after a year, you don't find something good, you can always try Accenture again as some kind of contingency or fall back option.
The good new, tho, is that you probably won't have to do this. The job market has improved since the 2002 - 2004 job recession. While it has not bounced back to where it was, pre-2000, it's getting better. So use the opportunity to keep interviewing. No need to settle on Accenture. |

No need to settle on the first place that makes you an offer. Keep looking for the best offer. If you are settling for ACN then, obviously, you either have no confidence in yourself or you just are too lazy to keep looking.
