I changed my mind about working at Accenture and they didnt make a fuss about it. Nobody will fault you for trying to do whats best for yourself as long as you are open and honest. On that note, I wouldnt just accept the job with the intention of lookin for something better. |

Well, I would. I don't see the problem there. In a couple of years at a job, most people are ready to move on if something better happens. It's OK to do it even after a few months and, since this will be this person's first job, all he has to do in the future is leave it off his resume.
