I havent done the second interview by phone- they came to my campus. However, I would assume that the interview will be the exact same format.
All the questions were behavioral. There were actually four main questions. But each question/scenario was then broken down to smaller questions for elaboration. Mine was this past October so I really don't remember all four. But the two I remember were: Describe a time you worked the hardest, and Explain a situation where you had to accomplish something without already having all the necessary knowledge, training, materials beforehand. |

I had a second round interview with Accenture a couple of weeks ago. It was mostly behavioral. Here are some questions that might be helpful:
1.How did u work through problem and what was the outcome?
2.Explain a time when you were in a leadership role and explain?
3.Name a time when you had a conflict with a team member and how did u deal with it?
4.Why do you want to work for Accenture, what made you interested in Accenture?
5.When did you have to hand out tasks or role in a team environment?
6.When did you have to think outside the box?
7.Tell me about your self?
8.What do you know about Accenture?
9.Tell me a time when you were asked to solve a problem, and the steps you took to solve it, your thinking process?
