So it seems ACN offers engineering majors 55k and all others 48-50K and that the school does not matter. Anyone have any additional info to counter this?
Is it safe to assume that all new analysts at my location will be getting paid one of two salaries that are the same for everyone in that group (Engineering vs other)?
Also, does this mean that salary negotiation is difficult/impossible with ACN? |

Don't be caught up on the money. Most of the New Analyst don't hack it pass Core Analyst school. Those engineering majors who are offered analyst positions can't code at all. A trained monkey can be do better. The real people who succeed at Accenture are those that have some sense of Business and the connection that Technology can add to the business.
