They told me I'd get a 0-4% performance bonus. Is this different from the yearly percent raises you're referring to?
Also, if I were to transfer offices later would there be an upward cost of living adjustment?

I transferred from the Charlotte office to the DC office about a year ago. At the time I was told that the only places offering Standard of Living Adjustments were San Francisco and NYC. May have changed since then, but I wouldn't count on it.
