Lump sum a little after the fiscal year based on how the company does and you do (your review). As you move up in the company, as your contributino to the sucess or failures of the company increase, so do the bonuses. Raises vary a lot based on the job market and how the company is doing.
Transfers may give you a cost of living adjustment, but you might have to negotiate it. They'll be reluctant to do it unless you justify it (consistently travelling to the city for a projet) |

I believe that 0-4% is the variable pay bonus.
I believe that it changes as you move up. For managers I believe that it is 0-8% and it is 0-10% for senior managers and executives.
On top of this, there is a profit sharing. I don't know what the numbers for profit sharing are (does anyone know?) for different levels.
As for your position, you will be doing the same stuff you were doing before except your performance review will be done by Accenture Manager and you will probably learn newer technologies more quickly (not to mention travel more).
