The bill code does reflect your loaded cost, but I don't think there is a big calculation - it ties more into the levels. If you want to knnow your bill code, check it on your MyScheduling resume.
Analysts are all in the 30's, Consultants in the 50's, Managers in the 60's etc (at least over in the UK). So an M1 is 60, and M2 is 61 etc

There is little correlation between your salary and your billcode. The billcode is a function of your loaded cost (how much each hour of your work costs the company) and the amount you can be billed out at. ACNUK was also correct that all analysts are in the 30s, Consultants 50, Managers and above are 60+. The different divisions within the two lower levels have more to do with your specialties- e.g. a tecnical person with a Comp Sci. degreee tends to have a higher bill code. This has a tiny correlation to your salary, but that can only be compared within your own office.
Also note that clients NEVER pay the full external rate of your billcode- they always have discounts.
