Hi
What are the grade levels and what do they mean?
ie, what does a M1 and a M5 mean?..that you have been a manager at accenture for 1 and 5 years?
Also, in the UK what are the salary ranges for the M range in the above mentioned areas?

M1 is a first year manager and equates to 6 years consulting experience. Salary at manager to senior manager level will range from ??65 to ??100k basic.
