The bill code does reflect your loaded cost, but I don't think there is a big calculation - it ties more into the levels. If you want to knnow your bill code, check it on your MyScheduling resume.
Analysts are all in the 30's, Consultants in the 50's, Managers in the 60's etc (at least over in the UK). So an M1 is 60, and M2 is 61 etc
